Contest Rules
- All ages may enter, but contestants under the age of 18 must be entered by their legal guardian.
- All costumes for entrants of all ages, including infants, toddlers, children, and adults, must provide full top and bottom coverage.
- No mean-spirited or offensive costumes.
- No real weapons or replicas props not clearly marked.
- No pyrotechnics, confetti, or any litter.
- No heavily digitally modified photos. (AI or photoshopping.)
- Only photos in front of the Texarkana state line courthouse will be accepted.
